Things you can use.
Each product here is something I needed, or a client's problem scoped into a thing that ships. Status is stated plainly — shipping, building, or retired — and there are no roadmap promises. When it's real, it's here.
Consulting is how the next product gets scoped.
What an engagement is
A couple of clients at a time, hands-on, high value. The work is the discovery for a thing that then gets built — for you, or as a studio product you were first to need. It starts with a First Round, becomes a written scope, then a build with your acceptance and my final review.
What it isn't
Staff augmentation, cheap, or open-ended. There is no rate card and no tier list; every engagement is quoted for its own situation, after we've talked. If your material is confidential, it runs on models the studio hosts — it never leaves the building.
Who does what
I set the intent and do the final review. Hugh Mann, the studio's AI chief of staff, scopes the work and keeps the floor moving while I'm at the day job or on the road. You always know which of us you're talking to.
