Most of the industry is still litigating replacement. We think that's the wrong frame, and we've been running the counter-experiment for years. The dark factory was the operational proof-of-concept. The ICA Papers are where the findings get written down: what actually amplifies, what quietly atrophies, and how to build systems that do the former without the latter.
